Customer Testimonies:

"Do know how the "Universe" has a way of providing exactly what you need at just the right time? That book is exactly what I need right now...amazing.
I have actually been moved to tears a couple of times because I have been struggling with my relationships with food. I didn't even start at the beginning of the book like a normal person... I flipped to a page and randomly started reading exactly what I needed to on this day."

"I have been slowly making my way through your book with all of my 'free time' and I have to say that I really like it. It is very easy to read, direct, to the point and has good analogies and also it comes across compassionately and is not 'preachy'. It is very pleasant to read and practical and tough not to take to heart and incorporate some points into our lives!"

"Much mahalo for your willingness to speak to my class, I am looking for a presentation on food and spirituality, not so much the ethics of eating, but how our relationships to food and eating affects our spiritual well-being; how our intentions while eating are as important as what we eat; how we can make changes and be more conscious of our choices. I really got a good sense of these ideas from your book (and your radio interviews online). "

"your book continues to offer profound insights for my mind, body and spirit. For this I am grateful."
