Agnihotra

Agnihotra, Ancient Ayurvedic sunrise -sunset fire purification ceremony

Agnihotra is the process of purifying the atmosphere through a specially prepared fire. This practice comes from the Vedas, the most ancient body of knowledge known to humans. It is simple to perform using specific organic substances burned in a copper pyramid, precise timings for sunrise and sunset, and a short Sanskrit mantra. Anyone anywhere can do it.

Agnihotra is used to heal the environment and for personal healing, gardening, and farming.

By incorporating Agnihotra into their daily practices, thousands of people around the world have experienced improved health, more energy, and less stress. Guidance in this practice is available free of charge. See www.agnihotra.org for additional information.
