Hale Pule, Ayurveda and Yoga with Myral Lewin

Myra's Approach

As a Sherpa on the path of wellness and joyful living, Myra offers practical guidance for your journey. Living from a foundation of consciousness, integrity, and love, she provides tried and true means for enhancing your wellbeing and spiritual connection.

The commercial attitude toward happiness that is so common these days, places us at the whim of outer circumstances. It creates weak and dependent minds that cycle through highs and depression. Yoga practices are a method of liberation from the addictive nature of “right now” sense pleasures. Myra’s approach allows students to discover the joyous freedom that is born from steady development of a strong mind and self responsibility.

Since it expands perspective, Myra encourages non-attachment to being right or wrong. “The practices offered here help clarify how you draw your conclusions and realizations, leading to greater understanding of how you practice faith and how that guides your choices. This process of unfolding your truth promotes trust in yourself. Only then can you learn to trust others. From there, the possibilities for personal expansion are infinite.”
"We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." - Albert Einstein

Ayurvedic Wellness

A five thousand year old companion tradition to Yoga, Ayurveda is a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing and wellness. Ayurveda considers human beings as part of nature and its natural cycles. Myra’s approach to health is through restoring the natural harmony and balance of body, mind, and spirit. She emphasizes preventing illness, long joyful living and self responsibility.

Spiritual Guidance

Myra assists people in finding their truth. She has benefited individuals, couples, and families in illuminating their choices, resources, inner-guidance, and wisdom. She helps people go deeper into self-awareness, revealing their natural gifts and talents.

Moving quickly and deeply when working with individuals and groups, Myra hides nothing of herself. Her personal example of wholeness renders her masterful at getting beyond the intellect and into the heart …allowing new possibilities to emerge and transformation to happen.

"This existence of ours is as transient
as autumn clouds. To watch the birth
and death of beings is like looking at
the movements of a dance.
A lifetime is like a flash of lightening in
the sky, rushing by like a torrent down a
steep mountain."
~ From the Diamond Sutra

I will not die an unlived life.
I will not live in fear
Of falling or catching fire.
I choose to inhabit my days,
To allow my living to open me,
To make me less afraid,
More accessible,
To loosen my heart
Until it becomes a wing,
A torch, a promise.
I choose to risk my significance;
To live so that which came to me as seed
Goes to the next as blossom,
Goes on as fruit.
~ Dawna Markova
